This column outlines member's business co-operation within supervision of CLN.
A CLN member can request assistance of CLN, by contacting CLN (by email, letter, phone, fax, live messenger or any other ways) instead of directly contacting the intended member, to cooperate with the intended member for business cooperation or client referral.
In the business cooperation with CLN's supervision, CLN will coordinate the cooperation between the referrer and referee, ensure both members to be benefited from the business cooperation for this particular case - in other wors, to ensure the referrer get discounted charge or referral fee and the referee provide same quality service to the client.
Discount Charge
When a CLN member provides services to another, or one member becomes another’s client, the service provider could charge on its discounted compensation, pertaining to its Discount Rate shown on its profile of CLN website.
Referral Fee
When a CLN member refers a client or business to another, the referee could charge the client its standard compensation rate and return to CLN a Coordination Fee equal to the balance of its standard charge and discounted charge, pertaining to its Discount Rate shown on its profile of CLN website.
CLN will pay the referrer a Referral Fee equal to 75% of the Coordination Fee it received from the referee, immediately upon its receipt of the Coordination Fee.
CLN will coordinate the referral between members, ensuring the referrer to get the Referral Fee and the referee to provide the same quality of service to the client. For providing such service, CLN would keep 25% of the Coordination Fee as its service compensation.
With a written notification before the assignment, the referrer can abandon its rights for Referral Fee or leave the discount to the client. In this case, CLN will not charge either Coordination Fee or service compensation.
CLN Liability
The Discount Charge and Referral Fee happens only when a member requests service of CLN, by contacting CLN (by email, letter, phone, fax, live messenger or any other ways) instead of directly contacting the intended referee, to assign the business to the referee.
In the business referral, CLN will supervise/coordinate the cooperation between the referrer and referee, ensuring that both members benefit from the business cooperation of this particular case - generally speaking, to ensure the referrer gets a Discount Charge or Referral Fee and the referee provides the same quality service to the client.
On the other hand, when a member takes a business assignment from CLN, it should duly report the CLN service status and proceedings of the referred casee.
Exception of CLN Liability
A CLN member can directly contact another for business cooperation or client referral without acknowledgment/coordination of CLN. In this situation, CLN Terms of Use Agreement is not effective; the referrer and referee can negotiate with each other on how to cooperate and how to share the profits. In this case CLN will take NO Coordination Fee and hold NO liability for coordination of this referral or business cooperation.
