CLN COOPERATION RULE: member work
MEMBER WORK means a business resource posted by a CLN member via CLN microblog or other applications. The poster’s connection can freely contact and deal with this kind of business.
CLN encourages the one receiving the work to pay a referral commission to the source after s/he get the client. But the referral commission of MEMBER WORK completely depends on negotiation between the two involved parties. In any event the referrer can leave the commission to the client directly by demanding the referee offer a fee discount to the client.

What is OUTSOURCING WORK? How to become CLN’s DIRECT CLIENT?
OUTSOURCING WORK means a business come from CLN’s DIRECT CLIENT. If you choose “apply with CLN cooperation rule, submit to CLN only” when posting a business resource microblog, you become CLN’s DIRECT CLIENT. CLN will assign OUTSOURCING WORK to a most suitable CPN member and supervise working process of the assigned work, to make sure our DIRECT CLIENT get a REFERRAL COMMISSION, and make sure the client get reliable service.
What is OUTSOURCING COMMISSION and REFERRAL COMMISSION? How to check status of my business?
CLN charges an OUTSOURCING COMMISSION from assigned recipient in our OUTSOURCING WORK, usually equal to 5-20% of the recipient’s total service compensation due after s/he has successfully received payment from the client.
CLN direct client’s REFERRAL COMMISSION is 50% of CLN’s OUTSOURCING COMMISSION, will be paid by CLN after we receive OUTSOURCING COMMISSION from the assigned recipient. For example, if you are CLN’s direct client, when CLN makes $ 1000 (OUTSOURCING COMMISSION), you make $ 500 (REFERRAL COMMISSION).
As CLN’s direct client, you can check processing status of your business at CLNBLOG column:
Stage 1: CLN assign work to a most suitable CPN member within 24 hours after we acquire an OUTSOURCING WORK;
Stage 2: the assignee contact and sign contract with the client, then report status to CLN;
Stage 3: the assignee be paid by the client, then pay OUTSOURCING COMMISSION to CLN;
Stage 4: CLN pay REFERRAL COMMISSION to you within 5 days.
MICROBLOG
CLN’s business resource is mainly exchanged and spread by CLN microblog system. CLN provides microblog columns of CONNECTION (to seek human resource cooperation, such as you are looking for some one to settle a consulting matter or refer client to a suitable member), PROJECT (to seek project cooperation, such as such as acquiring a company, merging with another company, seeing fund for a project or identifying a local agent etc), DISCUSSION(to ask a business-related question or discuss a topic) and COMMENT(to make comments or send fraud alerts about a company you encountered) to match our members’ various demands.
To maximum gather social resource, CLN microblog allows anonymous posting by non-CLN members. You can follow a member when you are interested with someone at CLN. FOLLOWER’s business resources are much more obvious and the resource exchanges are much more prompt and efficient. In CLN, you and your follower are mutual fans of each other, when you follow some one, he/she automatically follows you in reverse.
CLN INPARTNER is your business partner. In CLN, only INPARTNER can freely and promptly contact one another for actual business cooperation. CLN INPARTNER must be upgraded solely from the FOLLOWER when you have an UPGRADE QUOTA.
What is UPGRADE QUOTA? How to get it?
We understand business partner is very precious to your business expansion, so your INPARTNER must be upgraded from your FOLLOWER, which gives you time to consider whether this person is worthy of being your business partner or not.
The UPGRADE QUOTA is required when you upgrade a follower to inpartner. UPGRADE QUOTA is related to how you maintain your outpartner address book. CLN provides ADDRESS BOOK maintain system which enable our member to import and maintain the directory of his/her outside friends or business partners. MARKETING DATE is a tool for CLN to facilitate the member’s marketing promotion. A CLN member can import email address or cell phone list of his/her target clients, then using CLN mailing system to spread his/her business resource to his/her target client by email or SMS message. CLN PANEL is a consulting or service team composed of CLN members who are in same service area but in different regions. CLN MARKETPLACE is a series of web shops where a member can demonstrate and sell his/her consulting or servicing products. Each member can demonstrate maximum 5 products at CLN.

At EVENT column, you can sponsor a business event of one-to-one PRIVATE DATE or PUBLIC MEETING for many persons.
TOPIC
At TOPIC column, you can write PROFESSIONAL TOPIC (business-related articles, such as case analysis, practice research or industrial news of your professional area), PERSONAL DIARY (non business-related articles, such as your personal life record or social hot point comment) and MEMBER NEWS (such as social activity, market promotion or shareholder change of your company).

CLN NEWSGROUP is a microblog magazine bywhich a CLN member can spread his/her business resource to all subscribers, and all messages sent by CLN NEWSGROUP will be automatically uploaded to CLN website.
